On the whole, it’s fantastic base for having fun and exploring Douglas. It has river views and you can use a microwave, a personal safe and central heating. The location is peaceful, very central. Thanks for a great stay, we recommend.

The view from our apartment at Sail Lofts was absolutely breathtaking. We could see the sparkling harbor right from our window, creating a picturesque setting for our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the bus station and steam train, making it convenient to explore the area. The breakfast provided exceeded our expectations, with fresh fruit and local produce to start our day off right. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. We appreciated the luxurious touch of bath robes and the convenience of a coffee machine. The safety light at night provided an extra sense of security, and the availability of a laundry with a tumble dryer was a bonus. The fast free WiFi was also a great perk, allowing us to stay connected during our trip.

While the apartment had limited cooking facilities with only a microwave and no hob, we were still able to manage with it. The shower lacked a bit of power, but it was still perfectly hot for our needs.

From accommodating our dietary needs to assisting with our luggage and extending our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, they went the extra mile. The apartment was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the marina. Its central location made it easy to access the town center and the beach. The instructions provided by Rita on retrieving the keys were also very helpful.

This apartment exceeded all expectations; would stay here again. I stayed for 5 nights and it was excellent. Having a walk-in shower was great.

Great location close to bars and restaurants, ferry, taxi rank and bus stop to airport. Comfortable bed and pleasant decor.

Payment was a little complicated. Would have liked to see an owner or some staff at some point during the stay.
